FEES

We offer a free 1 hour consultation to make sure we start out on the right arrangement. This time is spent discussing the required errands you may need or viewing the property to discuss maintenance. You will discover that this service is for everyday people, maybe not what you first thought!!!!!

Whether you require our services for 1 hour a day / a week / a month or and ongoing business relationship the choice is yours.

Business hours are from 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our charges are time based and the rate is $45 + GST per hour. There is a minimum of a 1 hour charge then charging is in 15 minute increments. Travel time is not charged for clients within the North Shore City boundaries.

Payment is required within 7 days of Invoice and payable by Bank Deposit, Cheque, or Cash.

24 hours notice if preferred of jobs, however, we will always endeavour to meet any requirements a client may propose and a premium may be charged on these tasks. Any additional services undertaken outside the business hours will be subject to a supplementary charge of $25 + GST per hour.

All agreed fees are paid prior to the time of services being provided.

Any 3rd Party services requested by the client must be paid directly to that supplier.

Purchases for the client, ie shopping, dry-cleaning etc must be pre-paid in cash or cheque made out to relevant party.

Urban PA Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25 + GST for jobs cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the task. Urban PA Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept a request of service. Urban PA Ltd will not be liable to any loss, cost, expenses or damage of any nature where direct or indirect or as a result of goods and services provided by a 3rd party.
